  • i like the work out i just did it and man! im feeling it lol i guess thats a good thing..im a big girl but im wanting to change that so im starting to work out and eat right.. my question is will this work out tone my super flabby arms at all or do i need to be doing something more intense??

  • Hi, I just started working out and in each arms exercise that I tried, i heard cracking, sort of like the sound of nuckles cracking but it was my arms. I used pound weights the whole time. Is this normal and if so, what do i need to do boutit? thanks

  • Yeah, it happens to me too. It is typically tendon rolling over bone and isn't much to worry about unless you also have pain with it. Sometimes adjusting your arm position an inch or two forward or backward will force that tendon into place and the noise will stop.

  • i don't have the weights so i used anything i found that was heavy lying around the place. I found my crate guitar amp works just as well! lol. thx for the video

  • I don't have any five pounds weights. I only have 2.5 hand/ankle weights that I use for weight training.

    Would it still work with 2.5 weights?

    Should I just double the amount of the ones you use 5 pound weights for?

  • im confusedddd can this make your shoulders more broad? cuz ur shoulders aren't but wont working out shoulders make them more broad? b/c i have broad shoulders and i think its all bone, barley musle, i wanna make my shoulders smaller. and when they say, "sexy shoulders" what does that mean? less broad?? please help!!!

  • 10 pounds will be to heavy for some of these exercises. best to have a lighter weight too.
