yes - move out of the way.

AKA as the front snapping kick in Jujitsu (and karate I THINK)... was also used by the Spartans to break the shields of their enermies

Oh yeah.. ofrgot to say the JJ one is more of a pushing kick when done from the back foot as you follow thought by pushing through with the hips

Side step with a round kick.. Really good counter with a spinning Hook kick.. Since everybody's favorite kick is a round kick it stops a fronk kicks.. Then a spinning hook counters a round kick.. sweeping or waiting till they finish doing a spinning kick you can attack.. This is basically a Thrust Kick, which is using your heel..
