I. Are these products limited in quantity, or permanent members of the Naniwa and Shapton lineup?
II. Where do you put the hardness of the Chosera stones amongst other good quality synthetic stones? I don't like leveling stones, so I like harder ones.
@atokombeled The lower grit chosera stones are extremely soft and wear VERY fast; do not do any kind of reprofiling with them, they also chip VERY easily. That being said, they will produce a face shaving sharp edge (up to 10,000 grit) after stropping. The shaptons on the other hand are much harder, and are of higher quality; I have produced my sharpest edges by far on the Shapton pro stones (both for the edge pro and freehand on the bench stones).
Im pretty sure they also have Atoma plates for the EP , they are coarser than the DMT , and i like their sizing and dot style layout better.

Thank you for the video!
I've got two questions:
I. Are these products limited in quantity, or permanent members of the Naniwa and Shapton lineup?
II. Where do you put the hardness of the Chosera stones amongst other good quality synthetic stones? I don't like leveling stones, so I like harder ones.
Thanks in advance!

Cool products but I found the narration very annoying.
