That's very cool! The huge amount of water and food that's wasted to produce meat is one of the reasons why I only eat meat once every few months. I'd love a concept like this in Europe where I live (important to buy local too :))

@roebiemonster That's a very interesting lifestyle! I am not vegetarian, but perhaps I should consider cutting down meat as well. I'm not big on burgers so that's a good thing! And I've heard Europe has some really accessible farmers markets! Wish it was the same here however.
