I found out how to do it. Go to ''Arcade Mode'' and Select Chapter 1, Race 1 on the Platinum difficulty. Play the Song and finish in Second Place. This should work, I tried it on 3 of my profiles and it worked every time. Your Welcome!!!

That's not how I got the achivement; I was in the middle of an A-class race around St Petersburg (can't remember which circuit configuration) and at high speed just before braking for a slow turn I got this achievement...no idea what the exact criteria is then.

@Mylesruether It Has to do with the lyrics of "the prayer" by bloc party, which is the song that has to be playing when you do the achievement.

They're talking about being second best -> you need to end in second position.

In the chorus however they're singing "tonight make me unstoppable".

Just look up the song on youtube and listen to it once, you'll get the reference.

i just got it and thank god.

first, do what the vid told you to do. after you've done it go to arcade mode choose 'catch me if you can' event and select a car. difficulty = steel and choose the same song bloc party 'the prayer'.

during the race before you finish the race. stop your car before the finish line. let the car past you so that you can be 2nd and finish the race. hope this helps..

Do an arcade race, not a custom race. This can be done easily simply by selecting this as the only song in the play list and making sure you come in second. As for the reference, the only thing I know is that it mentions come in second within the song. ;]

Anyone isn't making after checking out k1kbOksas's tip, I'll explain exactly what I did: went to single player>arcade mode, selected the very first event in the first chapter. Used the lambo. On platinum difficulty. Was in the lead the entire last lap, and let the opponent behind me pass so I would finish 2nd.

Still does not work. Gave him the slower car I went through all checkpoints in first and stoppped just before the finish line. Let him win and then finished in second and still didn't get it.

You have to remain in first through every checkpoint, and then lose your lead right before the finish. For best results, set up a custom race and give the AI a lower class car than the one you want to drive. This way it'll be incredibly easy to remain in front. Finally, during the race, drive as normal, but immediately stop near the finish line, wait for your opponent to pass and then finish behind him. You should get the achievement now.

unlock it from the pgr shop which you can find on the main menu, you will need enough kudos earned from your gotham carear to do this though, i think the bulldog unlock option is worth around the 40-50,000 kudos mark. Hope this helps, let me know if your still stuck about this.
