  • No siempre el tiempo del verbo indica el tiempo del que se esta hablando.

    If I had money now, I would buy it.

    Had= pasado pero el contexto del enunciado esta en presente.

    I hope it rains tomorrow.

    rains esta en presente pero estan hablando del futuro.

    Por eso se usa tense( el tiempo del verbo) y no TIME que es el tiempo verdadero de lo que se esta hablando.
