Telling a child of that age certain words are "bad" in a harsh yet loving voice is just like kindly informing your dog that this wonderful piece of meat in front of it, unfortunately, happens to be the work of Satan.
This makes me mad that the others are telling her to stop saying "damn it!" they should NOT be telling her not to say it because it's nothing bad! Let her damn it and any other "cuss word" that she wants to say! In fact, teach her MORE! It's very cute for a little kid to cuss.
