  • Guys, please read before posting an uneducated comment. It's not stealing, it's sampling. If Akon stole it, there would be a lawsuit against him and everyone would know about it. There's sampling everywhere in RnB, Hip-Hop, and plenty of other genres. When a producer samples another song, he has to get permission from the original artist under copyright restrictions. You guys are idiots.

  • @m3ntoZ

RnB and hip-hop artists are so lazy that they won't use MIDIs they just sample the melody or beat or both as it is :P

  • @S1truun4 Eh, I don't think its laziness. It's more of quality. I do a lot of producing and usually I can't get a good sounding VSTi to remake the MIDI. I know a lot of mainstream producers DO have the programs needed but I'm not sure if they have the skill lmao. I'm not a fan of mainstream music, I'm more of an underground type of guy.

  • @m3ntoZ

If I take your car and return it after a few weeks of driving, its no crime? Sampling someone without permission IS stealing. So is me loaning your car without your permission.

  • @huulio That was the dumbest analogy I've ever heard. Akon most likely got K-System's permission to sample it so quit your complaining. I never said sampling without permission wasn't stealing, it happens in every genre of music. There are techno songs that sample Beethoven, 8bit songs that sample heavy metal, etc. You really don't know anything do you?

  • @m3ntoZ

As a matter of fact I happen to know something about sampling as I have done it for over twenty years now. You better read what I wrote, I wrote "Sampling someone without permission IS stealing", I never said such was the case here. I merely commented your words "It's not stealing, it's sampling". By the way, I take it you don't have any facts if a permission was given or not, so you are just as clueless about this as am I. Sure, my analogy sucked, should have left it unwritten.

  • make my sack jogg

  • does anyone think new youtube sucks?

  • Why is people talking about "beats"??. Beats are the drum patterns. Melodies are the "beats" people are talking about... DAMN! :D

  • @huuperi aw go fuck yourself

  • @smhoe

Well you seem to be the right person to comment about this matter...

Well good luck with life if you have any..

  • For K-System's new hit "CLUBMASTER" click my page after;

    listen and free DOWNLOAD !!!

  • Ok first of all i know the sample was stolen but it's twista's sogn not akonss just wanted to point that out

  • @naakanpnlk

    AHAHHAHA ::D

  • thats all there doignthese days taking trance beat or a house beat, its what makes their song appealing

  • @fuckumadafaka Its not "beat". It's melody.

I don't get it why people mix them up???

  • well, akon and twista stolen this song for k-system. Henri Lanz, MGI take this beat from k-system and give it to Twista's listening and twista liked it, so he take that beat and he asked akon for sing the chorus. so, k-system doesn't steal anything n000bs!!!

  • @blackeo81....techno always comes first hahaha

  • this beat was supposly stolen by akon haha yay right he didnt know but this version is pretty good

  • Comment removed

  • You dont know what your talkin bout, it is called "sample".

ctually hip hop producers are using techno sinthetizers, but this is the first time i´ve seen a sample from techno music.

  • either way its a good song akon and twistas version blew up but when i played the original by k- system people were coming up to me asking me where i got that track even the hip hoppers lol

  • I dont think its Stealing its called SAMPLING

  • MGi, eli Henri Lanz, on aikaisemmin tuottanut musiikkia muiden muassa 50 Centille, Ghostfacelle, Nina Skylle ja Cheekille. Twistan On Top biisin MGi on tuottanut yhdessä yhdysvaltalaisen kumppaninsa GoodWillin kanssa.

  • 1:11= EPIC...!!!!! lol

  • MGi (finnish producer) made a sample of this for akon's & twista's song

  • Kimmo Kauppinen produced this track, it was a big hit when it came. American artists tend to steal other people's music.

  • most rap/r&b dont make their own beats..they always get it from somewhere else

  • I knew akon didnt make this beat its too fking sick to be made by a rap/r&b artist.

  • agreed bro

  • I love this song (dance)(music)

  • Oh really, does it? Maybe it's because Akon used THIS song as a background in his own song.

  • @kurmas9 Which one?
