Everyone needs to stop and realize that there's much more important and bigger things out there other than ourselves. We need to start giving to those in need. Too many people procrastinate and make excuses for not doing so. Even poor income families such as myself can still afford at least $1, $5, $10 a month to charity. Please help others and give to those in need. God Bless

I am OUTside churchianity; that cloistered club standing aloof from the culture it is in, holding the rapture get-out-of-world-free card. And I despise the (too often corrupt) rapture-preachers. Why?

Because its an excuse, not to mention a relatively new theological construct.

D. James Kennedy--a theological giant--didn't believe in a pre-trib rapture.

R. C. Sproul doesn't either.

It is USED as an excuse to not give EVERYTHING to save one's culture.

And that is a fact.

I don't believe we'll be raptured out of the world either. But I do believe that in the moment that Christ sets His foot on the mount of olives & the Jews behold him who was pierced, I will be caught up & brought to Him. I believe then that He will usher in a new age in which He rules from Jerusalem. I will be alive working directly for my Lord. This of course is only a belief based on a way of looking at scriptures. It does not matter if I am right or wrong, only that I serve HIm.

Maybe you won't go in the rapture but if you died today you would still stand before God Almighty. What would your excuse be then. The Bible tells us we should congregate with true believers. This means going to church. If you have a problem with Gods word being preached in church. You perhaps need to reevaluate your walk with God
