Just watched the rest of this on your website. Dr. Mirdad, very insightful! Appreciate his take on how easily we can get caught up in attachment to forms (including rituals of all kinds) in a way that makes us feel or believe we're entirely separate from others. From where he speaks it seems to then be more of a conscious choice, what forms we choose to employ and/or enjoy as we navigate life. :oD
