  • He's dragonborn! 0_0

  • @1027288

    Nah, Dragonborn use more bass.

  • Nice work, noekiyu!!! You found the eigenfrequency of the vertex between the coin and the glass. I wonder what would happen if we could find the eigenfrequency of the strings within quarks / gluons, and resonate them using a combined unifrequency "grand unified beam" of photons, PHONONS, magnetons, electrons, protons, positrons, AND (hmm) bosons etc. It might produce effects including extremely high temperature "second sound", which usually only occurs near absolute zero. PS: prolly BS, 2 cents

  • 0:57.... Chicken lays egg down

  • lol thats hilarious

  • niiiceee..........NOW CLEAN THAT DAYUM MESS UP! lmao :)

  • It's not the resonances in the glass which causes it to break, but the coin you put into it. So the real goal is finding the eigenfrequency of the cion in the glass and the eigenfrequency of the glass it self. That's two a totally different expreiments.

  • Why am i finding this funny ROFL

  • @melcolzie87 lmao right?? i can't stop watching and laughing haha

  • calm down liberacci

  • you caught the right frequence

  • that is so cool! haha

  • as soon as you started singing I giggled.

Not because it was really high.. more like your warm up was:

"me me me me me" really deep and bassy.

and then you're like.. "uhhhhh haaaaaa" straight after it :L

  • its effective if youre using your head tone....

  • When performing this experiment at home, solitude is vital.

  • Would you do it again under controlled circumstances for someone like Professor Lewin of MIT?

  • Yea, I can do it again. If you can stand my howling for several minutes, then sure

  • To recreate an objective demonstration it will be necessary to examine the glass beforehand for structural flaws (even microscopic ones) and scoring. You will not be able to touch the glass (after all, it's your voice that matters). Instruments to measure the power of your voice are required, and a strobe to show the oscillating harmonic resonance of the glass. This YouTube video will explain (Advance to 3:00 mins to begin) watch?v=7T0DD9KilmM

  • Dude, why I can't I post a reply with a YouTube video link?

  • @noekiyu Don't clear your throat, swallow and drink water. Poor vocal technique :P It'll ruin your vocal cords, but if you don't care whatever.

  • so its true! high pitched vocals can really shatter glass! i also found this pretty funny lol.. but very impressive indeed!

  • amigo...... te va regañar tu mama cuando vea que rompiste sus copas Cristofle gristando como una niña.

  • its because the vibrations made from a high pitch voice coming from your vocal cords are so frequent, it causes a rupture in the atoms of the glass.

  • Wouldnt that be an atom bomb?

  • awesome

  • For some reason, I find this hilarious.

  • @floppydisk909 doesnt everyone

  • busted my freakin ear drum bro.

  • Impressive

  • that last commment is from a retarded person

  • lmao when it breaks hes like ".. ahhhhhhhh (breaks) AHHHHHHHH

  • Any material has it's breaking point when the right pitch and tone is played. Avalanches and singers breaking glasses is proof of this.

  • i can imagine having perfect pitch would help

  • Dude. You scared my cat.

  • Gaylord...

  • hahaha.. you are funny..

  • AWSOME!!!!! :D

  • did he put water in that?

  • it's a coin lol

  • It's just a piece of plastic to tell me its vibrating

  • I actually do want to try it. I've watched a few videos. But I'm going to try it not being so close. I'm sure it's possible at 6 or 7 inches away. :D

  • palmberg sent me

  • your neighbors must think you're fucking crazy... :P

  • lol

  • Ay Evan Evan.. You and your jokes.. Lol.. Ring ring.. I live in Indio.. Hahaha..
