I'd love to hear this one live someday. I predict a hundred years from now, Linnell is gonna be in the musicians hall of fame. He is one of the most awesome songwriters in history!
I love the way he looks down at the end, and slowly raises his eyebrows. So cute.
this is bothering me...... i'm seeing them in october (yay for me). but it will be in a theater where there is an orchestra pit infront of the stage, so it will be a sit down and clap thing. Not a jumping around and going crazy thing. I hope it'll still be good.
Not to worry, TT. They played in a similar upscale venue in Albany(The Egg)and the first thing they did was urge everybody from the back to come down front. So everyone was standing, which may not be such a great thing since I suddenly found myself with two 6' 4" guys in front of me blocking my previously unobstructed view. Be careful what you wish for...
Thanks for uploading this! Like a lot of people, "Climbing the Walls" is my favorite song off the new album and this is the first video I've seen of it live.
This album is so cool.

Is it true that this song is about Frank Kafka's "The Metamorphosis"?

No, it's about Spiderman. Probably having a midlife crisis.

I thought it was about a lonely dog or cat whom the owner has stopped giving attention.
