Paul Franklin is most def the best there is on pedal steel...the hand shake from MK at the end is pure brillance! It simply doesnt get ANY better!

I Love MArk knopfler and paul franklin so i was in my element when this DVD came out, and i must confess i regularly FF to this clip and watch it over and over. For those of you who dont recognise the track, its the end of "Walk of life" with this Vid being from an evening with jules holland when the MK Golden Heart album was released. Paul had already spent a year or so touring with Dire straits and was always described by mark as the best steel player in the world!
