How can you not love Dan Hibiki? Sure, Capcom made him to be a joke character, but he just has a certain charisma to him that is hard to overlook. There's a special place in my heart for this guy, and it's wearing a pink gi giving me a thumbs up.

It's also comboable. Not a juggle, I mean a straight ground combo. I think he's the only one who has that. Everyone else's Ultra needs to juggle to connect.

That's okay. The Ultra is supposed to be a last resort move anyway, a desperate "hail-mary" shot. If there's a way to make it a definite hit, then screw the cost... It WILL connect and most likely save your life. What good will your super bar do you when you're DEAD? lol
