  • Great video! btw my cousin followed this hot diet program named: Impact 790 Diet and reduced 15 pounds in a month. I don't remember the website just Google it.

  • I don't know how to get rid of my migraines. I have two pupils that are never the same size equally, one is large the other is small. Light triggers my headaches but I have had migraines nearly everyday day of my life. I refuse to take pills and I have no marijuana, how can I help this?

  • @DrKungpow blood cupping is also another alternative that you may want to consider. it worked for me.

  • Went through a migraine without any medicine today at work, wont ever do that again.

  • Does he have migraines???? i don''t think so.

  • Thanks for the help. For some reason, every once and a while, I will get a small migraine in my social studies class. I will just be sittinf there studying. Then all of a sudden, I see blind spots and Im like.......WTF?!

  • I FOUND A CURE FOR MY MIGRAINES MAYBE IT WILL HELP YALL!!! I have mine behind my eyes so... On what ever side your migraine is on there is a place on the side of your nose that gives a pulse. It feels like a bump and right above it is It a place that gives a pulse. It might take a while to find it but if you press on that spot, the pain goes away until you take the finger off. It works for me so maybe it'll work for y'all.

  • im a 10 year old with migraines :(

  • @MegaLexinton Dont worry. I get migraines often. So I feel your pain :)

  • I have been getting migrians for yrs and the only thing that works FOR ME are ibuprofen as soon as possible ice pack on my head switching spots from forehead to temples to back of the head where head meets neck till each spot is cold and rotating once the coolness goes away. i put my head in the freezer inhail the cold air HELPs on a hot day when heat is your enemy. and a quiet dark UNINTERUPTED nap. seriously this is KEY

  • Seems like when u get that impaired vision. half hour later the pain is inevitable.. pills.. pressure points. nothing seems to work.. having these headaches for years.. dieting seems to work to a great extent but when u finally get it i tried weed one time and that was the only thing that actually worked...

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

  • its not working...

  • 3 things that work for me is 1: Sticking my tongue out (yes, it looks weird) and opening my mouth as far as it goes, repeated several times 2: Move eyes up/down and side to side several times and 3: Put an ice pack where neck meets head.

  • Just got another migraine FML

  • I hope this website helps someone: curingheadaches (.com)

  • I tried to do the eye thing...I poked myself in both eyes by accident and now my headache is worse. Good video though doll.

  • Gahhh! I have a rediculous migrane right now!!! Weird thing is that i have symptoms of most of the types like with vision loss and disorientation but also vomiting, dislike for pretty much everything and nausea. Can anybody help me with this?

  • food and/or stress are no triggers for migraine.... look up most recent research from university of amsterdam. most likely wrong settings in neck triggering nervepoints too much and/or low on oxygen are the culprits.

  • I am 44 and I was becoming so worried with this condition that I had an MRI and an MRA about 2 months ago. Nothing was wrong with my brain. All that was left to do was modify my diet. After having these ocular migraines for years I finally gave up chocolate and all wine per my doctor's suggestion. I still drink one cup of coffee a day. I am thrilled to say that I have not had another one since!

  • this treatment isnt curing migraine headaches, it is treatment for the effect of migraines, a true cure is preventing getting them in the first place

  • @magnusalexa He said that migraines are caused my diets and stress. therefore, if you can stop stress in the first place, then you can treat your migraine. But oviously, stress is in our everyday life, and we can't change that. There is no treatment for migraine, c'est la vie!

  • stop drinking tap water will get rid of them for you

  • Comment removed

  • i cant fidn the damn uhm, spots?

how u know where to press them ffs i got migraien attacks ever since is started to work, <--4 years ago. mostly every day, in weekends even worse.

  • I have the headache from hell right now, ..its torture!

  • mysterious asian man ,i love you .

  • I do the same

  • I always get migraine from video games

  • It workedd !!!!!!! :D

  • Hi! Do you know how to prevent and Smash Migraine?

I published an ebook about Migraine. You can download it FOR FREE by visiting

    w.ww.squeebusiness[.]com

  • It worked, thank you!

  • an asian doctor now THATS a steryotype..

  • @TheMrAsianK Im dizzy all the time I have weakness feelings(actually it's more a heavy feeling) in my legs plus attacks of headaches. I had an MRI and they found something but not life threatening knock on wood.(and probably not MS) That was a year ago. All I can say if you get a lumbar puncture, be prepared for the worst headache of your life. It probably doesnt happen to everyone but i think for most it does

  • Ha sucks

  • Earlier today I couldn't see anything on the right side of my vision so I coudnt even read anything and I kept running into stuff and then like 30min later I got a really bad headache

  • Does anyone else get them when there is a change in weather, like a storm coming

  • @TheDragonoxx i used to get them on a dull but bright day pretty often. i found that i grew out of that stage so hopefully the same could happen to you

  • I'll try anything once.

  • uuuhgg im getting that weird impaired vision i get right before a migraine and im starting to feel the pain. i hate migraines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE EM! A LOT

  • @matt10342

    I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!

i got 2 of these visions yesterday! I've been in bed for the whole day since.

  • Well, it works, but as soon as I take the pressure off my headache comes back.

  • wth, I actually felt better after I touched those points

  • i get constant headaches that just stay there, no throbbing. also my legs feel weak and sometimes i feel dizzy. have i got a migraine? plz reply, thanx

  • @TheMrAsianK go to a doctor, because that sounds serious but don't take what im saying too seriously because I don't have experience medically.

  • @WadeHeighway got the same thing

  • meh..in a way it works........ just tried it... but it only helps long as your putting pressure on the points .

least for me it doesnt seem to do anything more than temporarily help... but hell its better than nothing (tho for me at least codeine works better..works long enuff to sleel n when i wake the migraine tends to be gone..)

  • Does this work on headache only if it caused by migraine?

  • @MrJerkkeri

It's effective by both headaches, and migraines. There's also a pressure point in between the thumb and index finger that works great for headaches.

  • thumbs up who went to touch the point above the ear and hit the headphones :)

  • lol ty so much

  • Do u also treat ulcerative colitis naturally?

  • i dont know if i have migraine headache but my headache feels like vibrating with no noise somethings shaking on my head or something, i play video games and always surfing through the internet, what do you guys think?

  • @smartbro678 Hi smartbro

I think you should get out into nature, ride a bike, if you are constantly surfing on the net and video games, you need some grounding. I suspect you don't have migraine but it feels like it because you need balance in life with just walking or getting over to the beach or hiking

  • @CreativeChakra yeah i dont go outside often and i live in the Urban area of my country, so i guess i need to get some fresh air to get rid of this kind of headache either way Thanks for the info.

  • kool vid

  • Nothing natural helps my migraine. I have to sleep otherwise the pain continues to increase. Even when I wake up I still have a pretty bad after effect of it.

  • @TheOn3LeftBehind

If this does not work for you, you may try getting basil and peppermint aromatherapy and giving yourself a little head massage. Or you can boil the water and pour in a couple of drops of the aromatherapy, cover your head with a towel and inhale.

  • you can save childrens from side effects of migraine drugs if you do as you can learn step by step how to do at your home my migraine pressure points devices: ww.alisultaneh dot 8m dot com

  • @migrainesurgery I am so glad to hear this, once chemically dependent, more drugs are usually needed for the side effects, I created this video as my brother has migraines. Best to stay chemical free and heal naturally, even teach the children how to do it too. Blessiings.

  • Try Yoga...The Pranayam is really helpfull.....

  • suffering from optical migraine...i see weird spots that blinds some of that portion of my eye...and it causes headache after its done. ...i thought i might b suffering frm any unknown eye disease but i came to know that it is a kind of MIGRAINE .but believe me guys...if u r suffering frm any optical migraine then just ..AVOID MIGRAINE related medicines ..cos that will not prevent ur migraine but will disturb ur brain....and u will get more headache related problems...

  • @neetiSangha I absolutely agree, thank you

  • This is very intersting, I have suffered my whole life, I ended up having my gallbladder removed last year, and I still have pain in my upper right side of abdomen, the link between the gut and migraines is amazing, and I heard you say gallbladder and liver. I would love to know more, acupuncture is the only thing I haven't done yet.

  • @DanielleLaux

Hi Danielle, Creative Chakra Spa is in Marina Del Rey, California, we can have you see our acupuncturists, call us at 310-823-9378. I do recommend it, these points are actually acupuncture points.

  • This video is nonsense. Doctors routinely will not give, much needed, narcotic injections as a LAST RESORT. Because of this, I had a small stroke after being sent away from the VA two days in a row in the same shape that I arrived in. They treated me like some common druggie, and I only come in around six times a year when I am near the end of my rope. These "doctors" are criminals. The migraines began after sustaining a serious head injury in Afghanistan. Thanks for taking care of me America.

  • can u get migraine if u get alot of sex and don't eat healthy food? no joke plz reply

  • it only helped for a few minutes :(

  • bipolar people have lots of migraines, bipolar mania is actually a migraine.

  • very helpful video. i got a headache that was caused by heat. radiators in my house are on so my room was very stuffy. i opened my window to let it cool down and while it was doing that i took a walk. i feel better now.

  • wow.... I guess my body naturally presses those points. I always do when I get migraines. The point around the neck is always hard, and I am only 17. When I get migraines, I have diarrhea and then right after that I puke. Then I sleep, and feel better. I hate them so much, that I thought I wasn't going to be able to live when I was 15, when I started getting them.

  • @THEAMAZINGVIDEO

great that you are looking into other alternative treatments. doctors give out drugs quite easily these days to combat migraines, and although they work, its the cause of the migraine we require looking into, which in my case was hard to avoid. funny thing is, we have got so acustomed to using drugs, that this alternative stuff looks rather hippyish = fact is though, years ago, this was the stuff that got the job done.

  • swwet, I had the worst migraine this morning and puked, it was terrible ty for this, I did press 1 or 2 of those spots anyways lol by accident

  • the best video for ma migrane thnx soo much n i wanna pay u...

  • I get migraines frequently, this remedy actually helped a lot and I really thank you a lot for taking your time to show us this! Thanks

  • i've had a migraine all day....where were you at 11am??!?!! D: this really worked by the way, THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOO MUCH.

  • hey im 14 and i have this really bad migraine. its so bad that any type of vibration to my head causes pain such as laughing, running, and simply talking. what should i do?

  • @20Josev

I do think you should have a check up with a medical doctor first to be sure and then lets; take it from there. Will you get back to me when you have done so and then we can work on eliminating the problem naturally. Thank you

  • I've had migraines for a year now, and they are seriously the worst thing ever!!! they are so painful!

  • I do notice pressing my eyebrow helps during the migraine but as soon as I let go it hurts again. I might try these other spots. If you have migraines then you know you'd try anything to get rid of it!

  • Thanks for your video.

  • @drjohnchar Happy to thank you

  • @CreativeChakra

Can marijuana reduce the risk of a migraine?

  • @KILL4N4IN I am sorry, this is not my realm of expertise, I am unsure of that, I think not

  • @CreativeChakra

    thanks 4 the reply though

  • @CreativeChakra I need help, for the past 2 days my head has been throbbing, but the doctor's don't think it is a Migrane. I wake up in the morning with my body very achish, unable to move, and it is a headache that never goes away, when i wake up i cant move, ill lie there for 1 to 2 hours and i still struggle to move. Please Reply quick. Thanks.

  • @KILL4N4IN Cannabis helps with glaucoma, relieves migraine headaches, helps brain cells, can relieve skin diseases, helps ease asthma attacks, may block epileptic seizures, works as a back spasm medicine, treats depression and other mood disorders, may help emphysema patients to breathe better, alleviates pain associated with chemotherapy, has successfully reduced tumours (benign and malignant) can help multiple sclerosis patients control spasms, can easily be grown organically (free of of toxic

  • @vasgeorge

    LEGALISE CANNABIS!

  • @KILL4N4IN Yes.

  • @KILL4N4IN Man, I overdosed yesterday on weed, prob why i have a migraine now

  • @KILL4N4IN I dont think it would prevent it but it would definitely cure it.

  • @samuriguy909

R U SERIOUS? PLZ DONT TELL ME UR LYING

  • @KILL4N4IN Marijuana is known as a wonder herb. its illegal for the wrong reasons. It is known to be a natural pain killer that doesnt make you become addicted.

  • @KILL4N4IN Marijuana yes, LSD definitely.

  • @KILL4N4IN I don't think the effects of marijuana will reduce the risk of migraines; and because some migraines cause nausea, which in turn makes you lose your appetite, and can prevent you from sleeping, cannabis can reverse these effects by reducing nausea, inducing an appetite and sleep. So I would have to agree with you when you say 'legalize it' because cannabis is not a drug...it's a medicine.

  • @KILL4N4IN

Thats the only thing I can honestly say kept them away. Ive suffered with migraines since I was 6yrs. I weeded for about 6 years during my twenties,no migraines! Ever since I stopped, I am SUFFERING! The Aura Migraines cripple me blind and if I'm traveling, its worst, motion sickness, gripping poles and all. Had dye shot in my brain and all, nothing! No meds work! Only marijuana does. I Cant smoke! I've been a mess the last THREE days, thought I might find help out here.

  • I have 10 years migraine. And what I recently discovered is that, it all hast to do with your eatbehavior. Dont stay hungry for about 15 hours. Hunger triggers the migraine. Always eat something in 3 or 4 hours. People who work mostly have problems with migraine in the weekends. When they sleep to long and dont reallise that they are having a migraine (by hunger). If you work, try to wake up early in the weekend and just eat something. Just prevent getting the hungerfeeling.

  • wow now all that is left is to climb the top of mount everest to retrieve a feather from the ancient eagle and soothe my sore throat!

  • Holy shit this acually works. I was skeptical at first, but it does work ..

  • hi sir i am having migraine for 13 years and now i am 20. i am taking pain killers for reducing pain, and i am also having sinus problem. i have taken dicorate and fine10mg for 6 months.i would like to have permanent recovery. i am depressed. i would like to be others.4 times per week.

  • sir, i am having migraine headache from 7 years and now i am 20.i will take pain killers(2-3) to control it. but most of the times it wont help me i can feel blood circulation in my vein at one side of my head and at my neck.i am having it an average 3-4 days in a week.and i am also having sinus problem. i have taken the tablets "dicorate","fine 10mg" regularly for 6 months based on my doctors advice. my weight has been increased by 10kgs due to that. what can i do?plz giv soln.i am depressed.

  • @itrockz10 Take Cayenne pepper, sleep with organic buckwheat pillow, drink alkaline water, and use IQAir air purifier in your whole house.

Cayenne Pepper and IQAir will take away your sinus. Cayenne pepper equalize your blood pressure in the entire body. Air purifier will remove all the chemical gassing that lead to your triggers.

Chemical gassing is real bad. Make sure you remove all your memory foam pillow or mattress.

Alkaline water and magnesium supplement will help a lot.

  • Because magnesium deficiency is the root cause of migraine.

Alkaline water ionizer will make alkaline water, which balance your body PH. Acidosis is the real cause of magnesium deficiency and other conditions that trigger migraines.

Magnesium is alkaline mineral. The body will deplete it to neutralize toxins, acids you absolve thru chemical gassing and diets.

If you eat a lot of diary, meats, soda, white sugar... those are what make you body acidic.

Now, everything is connected make sense?

Are you far from Creative Chakra Spa so we can see you to help alleviate some of these problems, try not to get stressed which is worse for your migraine, eat well and drink plenty of water, get exercise daily for the body and mind and lets' see how we can help you here in detail on visiting the spa, sincerely, thank you and be sure to know we are here to help

  • @itrockz10 I usually cure the sinus problem with a couple bottles of water or three or four cups of water, then as soon as i'm hydrated enough I pass out. your body will flood out the toxins in your sinuses while you sleep. that's what causes some of my headaches. the pain killers might be doing more harm than good. pain tells you there something wrong, if you get rid of the pain your just ignoring the fact that there something wrong. try getting a massage or something to relax instead.

  • @itrockz10 Hey itrockz10, I really feel for you. I suffer from MIGRAINES too. I usually try to get one of my kids to brush my hair. The brushing from front to back continuously helps me fall asleep.(I do wake up if they stop) It feels like the brushing is actually brushing the pain out, sort of how Dr Chen describes the pressure point locations. And my Reiki coach also told me to drink more water too not so many pills, (4 xtra strength tylenol 500mg at one time 3-4 times a day)

    Therese "CYMS"

  • @itrockz10 Do you chew gum? Or drink diet drinks? Anything with aspartame and asuflame can cause an allerigic reaction such as a maigrine. I had to go to a nerologist about it. It stopped as soon as I got off that junk. Watch out for red dyes.

  • Honestly, the only thing that cures my migraine js cannabis, Ive gotten extremely severe migraines, to the point where i vomit from nausea and cringe, and a single hit of hash completely takes that away.

I would say its safer then almost all prescription and OTC drugs ive tried to.

  • @PhuckAllYouPeople i'm the same way.

  • Imitrex (sumatriptan) is the best thing for migraines. These steps can help with a small one, but a full blown migraine with severe pain, nausea and sensitivity to light and sound needs medication. As other said prevention by avoiding triggers and a proper diet is the best thing. Stay away from the over the counter meds as they are bad for the stomach, liver and kidney. They also cause rebound headaches meaning you will get more headaches.

  • i get them all the time, but ive had a cure which has been working quite well. didnt have one for 6 weeks

    eat well

    excersie

and got me some specs ha

  • I found these points by myself just by rubbing my head and noticed that some spots provided relief. Thanks for confirming that these spots actually work !

  • I had a bad headache for around 8 years.... then I left her ;-)

  • hi there i am 22years old And from dubai .i have migraine since i was 10.that time i didnt visit any doctor.i come know that i have this disease wen i was 14 years old. doctor gave me capsules what i want to know what can i eat or what. or what should do or dont in this disease thanks nida malik

  • Holy shit the eyebrow one worked.

    You're a lifesaver!!

  • ive gotten rid of all foods that trigger them, didnt help them.

  • Hi, im 12 and ive been having a headache for the past 24 hours nonstop and ive never had headaches before , is there anything i can do to make it stop!?

  • Sometimes i walked in to my classroom/locker area i would see this strong flashing, and my head would hurt reallllyyyy bad.

  • sir, i have migraine all the time i use my pc but i cant stop using it i tested my eyes but no problem its killin me!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I do not see aura with my migraines, but they are incredibly bad. Nausea is always present. I do take imitrex becuase maxalt wasn't cutting it, but now that doesn't work to completly rid myself of it. I have become a vegetarian, but am still wondering if there is a specific diet that I should follow. A specific list of foods.

  • This migraine diary really helped me my-migraine-diary

  • this junk is really hurtin my head right now....ughhhhh!!!! thanx for the cure!!

  • this junk is really hurtin my head right now....ughhhhh!!!! thanx for the cure!!

  • i got this once..

I keep vomiting every sudden move x_x

  • man this migraine is killing me, does cocaine work because i will take anything to enjoy one moment of peace

  • lol too bad this doesn't work.... maybe for less severe migraines though. I suggest taking one 500mg magnesium capsule twice a day after eating. That may assist in the management of migraines and regular use may reduce the frequency of migraines. However, it might be ineffective with some people...I know it has helped me..

  • Thank you very much for all of your tips ! I appreciate this!

  • i have been getting migraines. I don't know how, it just keeps coming more and more often. It started when I was 9, where my 1st migraine came, then, 4 years later, I got another one. This year, I am a 15-year-old girl, and I get migraine almost every week. I hope your tips work, my family eats very healthy food. Only water, pure water, and no MSG, no junk food. I don't think its diet. I have regular meals. Its only this year I start to see auras or lights about 30 mins before migraine. HELP!

  • there is this remedy my parents have, mix some sugar and water and drink it, and that should help with the migranes and headaches, i'm not too sure about the validity, it might just be a placebo, but it seems to work for me.

  • The best migraine stopper is at sufferingfrommigraine . com . Stopped my and many other peoples headaches. Not expensive, very good, very well worth it.

  • im wanting to learn how to cure it, not what a headche is

  • Hi! I am a 13 year old boy who has migraine. I have had it my whole life. I have migraines an average of one every week. I wonder if you can cure it with medical help, or if it lingers throughout life. I have visited a doctor but they say they can not do something about this because of my age. but thanks to some tips I hope it works!

  • @fabbefu3l96

Also look at your diet, honestly if you are feeding your body junk food, it will help create the opportunity for this chemical, electrical reaction in the body. Great thing is your 13 and you can learn how to eliminate this from your life by being discerning and looking to bring healthful ways into your body, you are still creating the foundation for your life so what you do now will certainly serve to keep you happy and healthy into the future. Definetly exercise too.

  • @CreativeChakra I heard imitrex is a great medicin. Also there is a method where you have one cup of strong coffe with your migraine medicen then jump into a hot/cold shower.

  • @CreativeChakra I eat lard on potato chips for breakfast. I drink my own pee like Gandhi. Been doing this ever since my head was run over by a Mack truck when I accidentally took a nappy-time in the middle of Interstate 95. I also wandered into the South Bronx & somebody put a cap in my ass...but it really was my cranium. They just call it putting a cap in your ass for slang. Anyway, I get migraines. Think this has anything to do with my lifestyle and how do i treat it with metal in my skull?

  • @fabbefu3l96 You can ask them for Samutriptan or Propanolol if this doesn't work, theseare medicins I have used from the ages 12-14. I'm 17 now, and now I use alternative methods, herbs, aroma-therapy and even dancing! That works for me. Just try a lot of things to see if they work, changing diet could also work.

  • @fabbefu3l96

See a different doctor. There are lots of different treatments to try and some of them are suitable for young teenagers. The Triptan group of drugs are very good. If one doesn't work, try another as they're all different. Don't let your doctor give up. You can also help yourself by keeping a log of your migraines, write down everything from what you drank or ate to your mood, types of lighting you were exposed to, etc. Try and spot a pattern.

  • @fabbefu3l96 i hav the same problem.

  • @fabbefu3l96 eat less fats and u will see the difference
