yeah, ever since Malik Joyeux got killed back in 2005 ive looked at that wave totally different. It's like a human cheese grater with that 3 feet of jagged reef their. Not to mention theirs no where to go if you wipe and are stuck on the reef you can just stand there and take each wave of the set right on the head, on a lot of big waves you can just swim down and avoid most of the set but at Pipe if you commit you commit till the end.
