Liberties are not granted, you are born with them. If not, you would have no ownership of yourself. You would not be able to choose your thoughts.
Government uses violence against you when you exercise some of your rights Example: You have the right to put X in your body, the government tells you they will use violence if you do it. That is all they can do. The US government protects individuals from governments that would use violence for exercising our rights. It hasn't worked
@waveoflight i think its another laungage barrier as i believe that in the states liberties are rights that a citizen has ,as i dont live in a republic i live in a constituional monarchy which means im a subject and im granted rights and liberties but im far very far from being free ...i dont even recognise freedom when i see it as i have never known it,i have been told what to do all my life and have been beaten for it ,and i live in scotland(braveheart was bullshit lol)they have my mind aswell

@waveoflight Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.--Does "Endowed by our Creator" mean anything to you?
Ignorant is thinking a God exists, when no one has no proof of God. It's having an imaginary friend you have no evidence exists to show someone else.
@waveoflight Um no ignorant thinking is thinking that reincarination exists when no one has proof of it. Thinking that when you die you're going to become a random animal or thing that lives on earth in your next life is absolutely absurd and idiotic to put it politely. You have no proof that God doesnt exist because you refuse to look. You're just another one of the leftist sheeple that rely on mainstream media and corporations to construct your way of thinking.
@waveoflight Yes i can, because i can prove that to be physically impossible being that your glove compartment isn't colossal enough to house a dragon lol.
@filoIII That's the catch, filolll. Rights that are God-given (as per our Founding Fathers belief) can not and should not be taken away by man. Rights that are man-given can be taken away by man. That's the trap people fall into when they want to do away with God in society. Something else WILL take God's place. Doesn't matter if your atheist or what have you. Something will take His place. That something will determine governments limits. Or lack of.
@waveoflight Well if you cannot say who God is, how can you say what rights you have been given?
And if there is no God, then how do you come up with any absolute conclusion to what morality is or whether there is even a true morality?
Our founding fathers believed you could know who the true God was, and therefore since they knew who God was, they could know what rights God has given to man absolutely.
So if there is no God, then how do you know what your rights are absolutely?
Why are the police not stopping these people worshipping on our busy streets and blocking our pathways. It is against the law. They have places to go to worship. Go there or go back to your own countries that don't care if you block the streets. We worship in the privacy of our synaguoges, churches and chapels. Abide by our laws or risk getting evicted from our country.
I'm going to say this RIGHT NOW, you do NOT have rights. You simply don't. You either have freedom or nothing at all. A right isn't a right if someone has dominion over the acting of those rights, that's a privilege. If it can be taken away, it's a privilege. If it is written down, it's a privilege. If you want 'rights' then don't listen to anyone, ever, because they're only going to impose theirs on you, and force you to accept them, backed by bullies, the police.
Isn't it interesting that Woodrow Wilson was the president when the Federal Reserve was created in 1913? Perhaps that is why he was the 1st one to start talking about democracy rather than the republic?
Wow, this guy is brilliant. I'm very educated with 3 degrees but I must say I did not even know the real difference (benefits and drawbacks) of both a democracy and a republic. Wow, just wow! Thank God for Ron Paul for watering the tree of liberty and freedom...it was nearly dead!

FACT 1. These are not Obama's ideas or " liberal socialist ideas " . OK , get over the silly left V right BS .
Obama was schooled by Kissinger & Brzezinski , both advocates for a NWO and ceding the sovereignty of the U.S. & other countries , as promoted by the CFR , Tril-Lateral commission .
Members of both ruling party ( really one party) want the same thing , unbridled power to the corporate state , so they can rule over EVERYBODY !
Obama was groomed to carry the torch for these FASCIST !
I watched all of Michael's Constitution Class and I was floored more people are not WAKING UP! But I have hope, that change WILL come,,not Obama's type of socialist change, but a property revolution. The king is wearing no clothes people, but living in the 3rd generation since the takeover of the united States, it is up to the people to make a stand, peacefully, to just say no to the abuse of our national government.
@mbhopp I think they are, somewhat. But alas, people don't realize it is ALL about property, and not their own personal squabbles. Without property, people who may be free, are free to roam, until they need to eat, work, etc. Then they are subjected to the property owners, all over again.
Notice how the video goes faster than the audio, Right when he starts talking about your rights. Not only that but the audio is chopped up. Fuck youtube. I'm gonna start a company for us to give real information not edited and chopped up shit.

Most sheeple Americans would be surprised that the word Democracy is not in the Constitution or Declaration of independence. In fact the word Democracy is not in a single states Constitution.
This is a Constitutional Republic, far better than a democracy as we are a free people who abide by Laws not people nor politicians.
A lot of people in this country has been reprogrammed, throughout social engineering, to believe that the Government is our master and we, the peasantry, are to take welfare benefits in gratitude for their greatness. Wake up people! We are the masters of our destiny.
We have a Constitution to enforce our rights and demand liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our government does not want us to think. They tell us, "Don't worry. We think for you... dear peasants."
If you are a service man, you are indoctrinated to protect the government elite including from the peasantry, we the people... my brothers, my sisters, my family, my people.... Frightening, isn't?

Since when? People are not born with rights, they have to gain them. If people were born with the abstract idea of rights, then there would be no need to gain them. The title of the video is ridiculous, and its very silly to think Americans of all people have any real consequential rights.
This video was uploaded 9 months ago, and has less than 6000 views. A Chris Brown video uploaded a year ago has nearly 84 million views, and another 8 months ago has 42 million views! Americans seem to have little interest in the power of knowledge, and the power invested in them by the constitution.
The people in this country are getting so used to government welfare, why would they go against their meal ticket. This information is for people that work hard for their property, and do not want it taken. Example, I was in a grocery store and in the line I was in, there was three people in front of me and all of them paid for their grocery's with bridge cards(welfare), but what really pissed me off was everyone of them had to put down their cell phones to use their cards. Cont'd
One of them was talking about going out to the club, but was looking for a babysitter to watch their kids. I could of puked in my shoes.... more and more people are interested in what they get for "free" rather than freedom. So why should anyone seek knowledge, when all they have to do is fill out a few forms, and get a bottomless pit of stuff handed to them, while others work themselves to death to pay for it all. I refer to it as the "Welfare Whine".
Badnarik discusses the constitutional check on government infringing on our rights; vTunes suggests more people should be educated on the topic; and your response is to vilify an entire social class? Forget the red-herring media, state-standardized education, and two party election system. Let's point a non-sequitur finger at the "welfare whiners" and see if we can whine twice as loud!
We the People? Does it matter if the P in People is capitalized on the constitution? People and Posterity are both capitonyms. Does this make "We the People" and "Posterity" fictional entities? Is this why resident alien subject slaves are not party to the constitution? Only the bloodlines of those that signed the compact?
@PhillipOrion Here is the shocking Truth about the American constitution! It is a contract between: the States, the founders (through their insider legal establishments of those incorporated States), and the king of England. The constitution itself was not signed by any human, it was only signed "In witness" on behalf of the States. Since you are not a party to that contract, then you can't possibly have ANY rights under that contract
in 1962 Congress omitted product liability for a remedy for an individual killed or injured by a defective prescription drug. Our government has put a shield of protection for drug manufacturers and left the public at risk.where is equal protection and why is our Government protecting big Pharma Corp. and allowing the people to be killed and injured? Who has more rights? the Drug Companies or you?The Drug companies are immune and you are the tortured experimented on.
Despite my former comment on discerning what government is vs. what the corporation is, I see that Michael Badnarik is wonderfully directed, motivated and fueled by a unifying sense of virtue. His clarity and ability to convey simple underlying truth reveals his innate realization into the coherent unifying essence of freedom itself. He has clearly developed certainty in the underlying basic goodness and unity of reality itself. His words and character express this beautifully.
I should just make a quick note to anyone misperceiving what the governement actually is. "The United States" as it is known today is a 'privately owned foreign corporation'. Since this is absolutely the case, it is very imporatant that we are perceiving the difference between a corporation and governement. The governement isn't doing anything fraudulently. Corp. U.S. is on the other hand contracting very brilliantly and cunningly with all humans born onto the land.
on November 18,2008 I filed in the United States Supreme Court Case no.08-7292 on Merck & Co. Inc. and 3 CEO's this case has a Constitutional Question and was served on the United States Justice Department yesterday If you are interested please e-mail me. I am a Vioxx survivor.
Badnarik is THE MAN! Those documents are only great because they reflect those things we hold self evident. I like the declaration of Independence, it seems so overlooked. Our pursuit of happiness by the vocation of our choice is inalienable. That has been so forgotten. My personal pursuit of happiness includes smoking pot. You can NOT vote away my inalienable right. I will not obey. I will not even WORK if they will pay this hypocrite government tax. They can build a cell for me first.
Mr. Badnarik, thank-you for having and promoting your nation-wide held teachings. You are doing a great service to not only the American People, but also the World People.
WE ARE THE PEOPLE AND THE CONSTITUTION IS OUR CONSTITUTION
You are talking about the freedom of speech, and freedom of religion that doesn't exist in America; look at you tube people are spit on them every second because of their choice of beliefs; do you call that freedom.
Everyday some account is closed because there is no freedom of speech here either, so don't get up there and talk bologna..
@islamonly1 Your opinion on this subject is foolish and misguided. You are missing the point entirely. Have you read the first amendment? Do you understand that it protects the people of America from their government? It does not guarantee that I cannot call you an idiot. The first amendment does not protect you from me. Unfortunately, it doesn't protect you from you either.
Don't fool yourself into thinking you have presented a valid criticism of this video.
Michael...I am proud of you for teaching people about the constitution. I hope that you will continue to run for local/state office and may be teach the other party candidates (Libertarian, Independent, and Green) about the constitution, state rights and individual sovereignty.
We don't have rights, only temporary privileges. Look up Japanese Americans, 1942.

LOL that is a good one -- lets assuming you are refering to the christain God.. imagine you are living in old testement times --
Now read the book of leviticus -- people actually had to follow all those rule -- they didnt even have the right to eat pork..
The pagan countries had more rights that the chirstains --( for instance they had the right in roman times to enaged in mass orgies)

In fact God is anti-free rights
prior to the ten commandment people had "freedom" to worship anyone or anything they wanted ,, to have sex with anyone or anything they wanted.. etc.
And then God ( assuming the chirstains one) took away all those rights...
Now you can't worship any other God -- and you dont have the right to commit adultary.

Thanks. He speaks well. Isn't the United States by definition a corporation? I haven't been political in the past but that has changed.

Since you are insulting this video then maybe you should at least watch the whole thing.

You are talking about the freedom of speech, and freedom of religion that doesn't exist in America; look at you tube people are spit on them every second because of their choice of beliefs; do you call that freedom.
Everyday some account is closed because there is no freedom of speech here either, so don't get up there and talk bologna..

hi waveo, are you asking me if i watched the other two? If you are No, i haven't..
Should i, do you think?
lol.
