You're looking at this wrong. Disney didn't buy Marvel with hopes to ruin it. They bought Marvel with hopes that all their writers & illustrators would be beneficial to them. I don't know about you but I trust that Stan Lee would not sell to a company for cash purposes only. He knows what he's doing & I'm sure he made the right choice. I look forward to a far more interesting Disney Channel & possibly Disney comics. I suggest selling all of your stocks in Marvel & start buying stocks in Disney.

well Stan Lee didn't sell any company. He hasn't owned marvel for YEARS. After he did own he, he sold it and became an employee of theirs. But he hasn't owned it in forever.

Disney helped to make movies like Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Gone Baby Gone, No Country for Old Men, There will be Blood, Doubt, Gangs of New York, and every Miramax and Touchstone movie.

It all depends on the people who branch out in those companies to make the great films. Disney can't be held 100% responsible as a whole. But if you pull back and look at it all, Disney has a huge potential of making the comic movies better than they ever were.

Just because the Disney CORPORATION owns it doesn't make it kids cartoons, because Disney owns branches of corps. that work in adult-based work.

It's not a video trailer for a comic book. It's a group of scenes from a motion comic. They use bits and pieces from an actual comic and animate them to tell a full length story. Almost like a movie but not quite.
