I have always been terrified of water. The descriptions in the book are so awe inspiring and the message immensely thought provoking. For the week it took to get through the book I found myself suiting up with Hamilton and Casey every day and experiencing the ride of my life!

I am a seaman and Master of a research vessel. The book does wonders bringing out the unrelenting power of the sea. I am listening to the audio book and only wish Ms. Casey read her book. The actress reading it is , well, not good. Shame as the author seems to have a good strong voice. Do read (or listen) to this book!

I am reading the book and its well narrated, written with description and a sense of common sense which makes the book enjoyable and hard to put down. The right size to feel its not a big task to finish. Go to the library and get it out ! :)
