  • best of luck to india from china. were not so different.

  • Hopefully someday folks THAT HAVE A BRAIN will try and find out that the new york times has it's own agenda....... and that agenda usually follows that which makes the united states government happy.......

  • This is great.

  • The whole comments section is hijacked by one retard.

  • OH I know what I'm talking about alright. You don't know what your on about nor do you know what your talking about my dear friend. How factual do you want me to be hyperthetically? I find that you are incoherent towards the people of india and your arrogant ways of thinking are as arrogant as can be. If the economy can bring millions out of poverty, so be it and don't forget the safety of the workers (OHS).

  • DUDE THIS WILL BE THE BIGGEST MALL IN THE WORLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • my dear aussie,we produce an Australia every year..and u expect us to buy all those modern equipment.the people would be left jobless.i dont understand, all u need is food, water,n a bed to sleep...y crave for unnecessary luxuries?.n show me a vid where u criminals use machinery to carry raw materials from one part to another in a building site.

  • I've watched quite a few videos of workers in the so called third world. I am amused by some of the comments expressing shock about working conditions and lack of safety gear. It shows a real disconnect we have in the US about the way people live in much of the world. Many, many people in the world are working today so they can eat tonight, no work, no food. The big problem in the US. now is people trying to "get by" on unemployment checks of $400/week. Poor in the US is luxury elsewhere.

  • @ indra1sen

dude, calling ecka0007 a kangaroo is a insult to the kangaroos (the animals).

    hes not worth it

  • yeah your right, don't insult the kangaroos. thats us!

  • Do you call that modern india? People carrying bricks on their head? In my country we have OHS (Occupational and Health Safety) so it seems wiered people carrying bricks on their head are from the ancient times. India still seems like they're back in the dinosaur days LOL

  • it says "building".. the key word.

  • why dont u come over and emancipate us, kangaroo ?

  • @Ecka0007 It provides more jobs to unskilled workers. They are better of not having machines to do that. They have the technology, but why would you want to use them, when A). You can get workers to do that job for cheap, B). It provides jobs to people that were shown in the video.

  • @Ecka0007 dinosaur days, this is unskilled work force. Things are getting done that what matters. India economy by 2050 is going in 3rd place to right there with USA. This is what people used to say about China in the 70 and 80s know those people are eat their words. Its GDP is in the trillions and in 2050 its going to be around 40 trillion dollars.. So prepare to eat your words. =)

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican Hmmmm I dunno? I wouldn't hire unskilled workers unless they have been inducted into the safety of OHS. What if something terrible happens to a hard-working human being. They might even get killed on the job and the main ones to suffer would be the family of the deceased. Thats why we have work cover or OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) where if something happens to a worker, the government will pay all cost of the deceased and to the deceased family and loved ones.

  • @Ecka0007 India isnt a first world nation, stop comparing the two nation. In the early 1900s you think they had rules like they did in America know?Like Child labor laws and what not.India isnt organized like other nations right know. Its main tasks is to get the buildings developed so it can boost the local economy, in whole the India economy things like the OHS has to wait.Once its a 1st world nation then you can talk about these knows.Unskilled labor like them are getting paid thats what counts

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican Whats more valuable? People or buildings?

  • @Ecka0007 both, people who can know get paid to feed their family and buildings to promote local or larger economic growth.

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican What if for example your loved one working in that industry has an accident and loses his/her life. Are you still going to think that buildings are just as valuable as people? Life is more precious than buildings. Don't be so arrogant!

  • @Ecka0007 It saddly happens. The worse industrial catastrophe was bhopal gas tragedy in India. When a American gas company, didnt protect possibility of a gas leak.It happened up to 20,000 people died and many more birth defects.CEO ran away from India fast as possible.Even first world nations dont care. They leave mines and cluster bombs in nations like Vietnam,Egypt, etc and dont want to clean up, because it cause billions.

  • @Ecka0007 "Don't be so arrogant" You do not undestand. The poor in India if given the opportunity to work and get paid and pass that on to their children, wife. They will do so.The laws are the last things they are caring about.I remember by dad was working in Kuwait, and when Iraq invaded he still didnt give a shit. He wanted to work and not go home and do nothing. They will take the risk, rather then not working at all.Get over, its the sad reality. You dont know how the rest of the world works.

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican No. You are the one that is arrogant. Your words are of ignorant and stubborness which is meaningless and worthless. Your facts are worthless. Thats what India's government is for - If india's economy is so great as how you make it to be, then it would be a country of riches rather than been poor. What is the government of india doing with the money which can be used to educate india's population and work benefits? Get your facts straight.

  • @Ecka0007 Get my facts right? You get it right.India is having 8% growth with just like 20% of its population being middle class, image if that doubles?Thats why economic growth is important, including building roads, buildings, port.Know the poor are getting a piece of the pie.India had itts economic reforms in the 1990s,growth started in the 2000s and it will go in the double digits. This will bring millions of people out of poverty.

  • @Ecka0007 You can call Indian government worthless all you wont, but look what it was left with from the British 7% literacy and 70%+ below poverty. Its been 60 years, and know they are getting major economic growth. This is what they need to bring millions out of poverty, and your to dumb to see that and talk about. OHS in a thrid world country, why do you talk about the cluster bombs and mines left by nations like USA and Britian in OTHER nations! That kills people to this day.

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican I'm not calling the Indian government worthless. I said your words were worthless so your the dumb ass. We may never meet eye to eye or face to face. I am entitled to my opinion and your entitled to yours. I'm sure you will look back one day and realise that what I am saying to you is correct. Bare that in mind.

  • @Ecka0007 i will not look back at any thing pf what you say. I will forget about this whole thing in like a week or less. You dont know how the world works.

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican Don't say that I don't know how the world works. You sound like an ameture. I know more than what you think, I know more than you'll ever know and I know more than you so watch what you say because you could be talking to the wrong person. And you won't forget about the whole thing in like a week because psychologically what I have told you is now drummed into your strange mentality way of thinking head. Your whole aspect of looking at people will change. Mark my words!

  • @Ecka0007 nothing will change in my mind because of you lol. I will forget about this in a week. I was born in India my friend, I know how it works there. You dont. You seriously think you "drummed into your strange mentality " This strange mentality is realistic coming from my experiences in India. Which you can only see in youtube videos. The poor in India will take these jobs even without OHS.You dont know how its like to be poor, OHS is the last thing your even thinking about.Ur r ignorant.

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican Well I guess this will end our youtube conversation my dear friend. As you have your entitled opinion and I have mine. But I do hope that India's mentality way of thinking will change as it will better the people of india and it's people. Remember people are number one. Not buildings. Good-bye my friend.

  • @Ecka0007 they are both important. If you good economy, leads to better well being of the people. Get over it.

  • @JacobTheIndoAmerican No. You get over it. People are more important not the economy.

  • @Ecka0007 Good economy can bring millions and millions out of poverty. It can rise peoples standard of living. You dont know what your talking about...
