BJH have just announced a one off concert at Buxton Opera House on 19th Feb 2011. It is part of the 40th anniversary of the release of Once Again.

I hope to see them at Manchester 27th November. Catch em while you can cos they cannot go on forever ,more's the pity.

brilliant gig fantastic musicians.jl nearly got fried by the lighting rig.this is a great clip,what was it filmed on?

@savdaws . Thanks for the comment. It was film on a Sony Cybershot, ( slr version) Pretty small. Sonys built in mini mics are the best of tem all. however, they seem to have started putting in a worse mic in some of their later models. My camera is about 3/ 4 years old. Great gig though !

I was going to go to this concert as I am from Barnsley but instead the wife and I had a London weekend and I saw them at Bloomsbury Theatre on 30th October.

I wish I had gone to this concert instead because John and the music sound crystal clear whereas at London John was constantly being drowned out by the music. Maybe they just had an off night in London but something was lacking.

To round off a mediocre evening they did not sing either Medicine Man or For No One.

@punditpete Thanks a lot. Well. the sound was good at Holmfirth. Its a great venue all round, informal , bit scruffy in a good way and full of atmosphere. I travel 80 miles to get there ! They did do For No One at this gig too ! Sorry , I feel like Im 'rubbibg it in' ! Not my intention !
