i need to know which user takes the survey and need to block the user from filling the survey from multiple attempts if the user has already taken it..so how do i manage this scenario?
@lastofthelions You want something called "tokens"; I have never used them, but they are documented at the limesurvey documentation wiki; look for the "Tokens" page.
Can this be done in print form right from limesurvey as well?? Like with an arrow leading to question 2,3 and 4 if you answer yes to question 1...and then lead an arrow to question 5 if the answer is no?

"OR" condition would have been interesting as well since it drives me nuts...

@zomer119 I'm pretty sure that it doesn't print that way. The best place to ask is on the forums at the main limesurvey site.
