I cruised on the Monarch of the Seas in 2007 as my fifth cruise and will be cruising on it again in a couple of months. Of the five ships I've cruised on, Monarch is one of my favorites; it's hard to believe this ship is 20 years old because it's absolutely beautiful.

Loved this vacation with you babe!!! So fun! As for reviewing the the ship, it was amazing!! Food was A+++. Can we say gourmet? Something dif everyday! The drinks were great. All the staff were happy to be of service. While cozy, the room had all we needed, including a large bed...but the pillows were lacking. Entertainment, shopping ect was awesome!! Highly recommend cruising on The Monarch of the Seas!!

@bobjl527 How Funny is that! ;o) I was thinking of doing a video before I went to see if any of my friends would be on the ship.. I just lacked the time getting everything ready before the trip. That was a killer cruise. We been on a couple but the food this time was really top notch.

The Monarch of the Seas, was our first cruise. After that , we were hooked. I remember how beautiful the ship was and the owl on the side near the Royal Carribean sign. Did you see it? Princess cruise lines also has beautiful ships. Have fun on your next cruise. Ed

HEY I RECOGNIZE THAT PORT... BEEN THERE MYSELF WOO HOO OMG i SOOOO love cruise ships, we went on the Carnival Sensation from that same port to Nassau Bahamas back in Sept 2008 and i didn't want to get off of the damn boat when we got back. it was so relaxing and fun just to get away like that with no real agenda for just those 3 days that i didn't want it to end. OMG this has got me so sick for wanting to go on another cruise it isn't even funny.. thanks for sharing this. i am hella envious!

@mixcatcom yeah, shared this with my wife and shes moaning about wanting to go on another one too so i am sure it won't be long but yeah that was our whole deal with the cruise too loving the freedom and no deadlines or anything. great footage by the way, wish i'd have shot more video than pictures when we took our cruise but i wasn't into youtube much at all back then, next time will Deffinately be different. specially since i have the Canon T2i and it does full 1080P video too

I was on a cruise a few years ago. I should say dont go with out a loved one , or ,two or three , Ha ha. It,s 24 hour food. I didnt have a blast but I hope everyone else does. Thanks pete chow.

@FGsltw2009 The food was gourmet and anytime you want, even mid-night buffet.

Seriously it was perfect... Perfect weather, the staff was a pleasure and couldn't do enough for you. The boat is so solid it dont even feel like its moving, and we slept awesome.. The cabin was pitch black with the lights off, I could have slept until noon without a clock! hahaa.. I will be taking that one again soon.
