Yes, it will lower ping to as low as you can get it with your computer specs, as well as the server specs and distance.

my download speed is 18Mbps so x that by 8 = 144 but TCP only goes to 100 Mbps so do i just slide the slider all the way to 100Mbps?

@mrdreamers4u Actually, since you already have the Mbps, you don't need to do any math. The only time you do math for this is to convert Mbps to MBps, or the other way around. Mbps is Megabits per second, whilst MBps is MegaBytes per second. So just go into the optimizer and set it to 18,000 Kbps.

Thx for the info man. I had no idea how to use it. Thanks. Also i have one question tho. The Option with the "TopMaxDataRetransmissions" i have it at 7 when i first look at it. I have windows 7 32 bit with a dual core. My download speed is at .75 which is slow sadly. Do you think i should change the TopMaxDataRetransmissions? My options are basically the same as yours. but the TMDR is still at 7.

@markjokestar1 Max data re-transmissions do not need to be altered. If you have a lot of packet loss, you should have that up as high as 7, if you have none, then leave it at 1 or 2.

Whats the difference between this program your using and the network manager. after watching your clip. It seems a fair bit of whats available from the program your using is also available from the supplied network manager from bigfoot.

And does this have a packet priorty profiling section, Its nice setting up your connection in profiles to just switch between, Lan file copying, Net downloading and Gaming ping configs.

Very nice video ^^ you diffidently know your stuff, nice net card you got I have Bigfoot as well, got the 2100 killer. There is only on thing that should be change is the TCP Window Auto- Tuning from "disabled" to "normal", because I thought the same thing as everyone else that in order for your TcpRevWindow to work that you needed to disabled it, but I find that when you watch Youtube or Gamerstube the videos load much slower even if you have 12mbps.

This is the best example i have seen about TCP Optimizer however, i did what you said but i could not get good results. I have just one Networking Adapter and its PCI-E Ethernet Atheros AR8121/AR113/AR814 and when i choose Custom setting, i have no IP address and i could see in your PC you have one!.
