hey man. I don't want you to hurt yourself. I think ur supposed to bend you knees a little bit to do the hang-cleans, then explode with legs to get the bar up. Don't arch your back or pull back like that. I'm no expert. just a second year college athlete, but I think that's how your supposed to do it. only watched the first set
when doing squats.. or squat thrusters.. some say do not let your knees go past the toes.. i confused..
