You're a good pianist, but it truly can be played faster. Infinite speed would be a chord attack... other than that...listen to Arcadi Volodos play Moskowski or Evgeny Kissin (with major velocity) play flight of the bumblebee or Yuja Wang play it in octaves.

@Zyphon400 I don't think I've seen pianists who've played this piece with this speed with a good command over the nuances that come along with the song. The title is misleading, but this might be as fast as it gets without slopping things up.
