Oh, and we record our screens with a program called Fraps (or Hypercam for older versions of windows), never with a hand held video camera that shakes, is blurry, and picks up scan lines.
But the way winners were drawn at the end was a good idea, not even reproducible via real screen recorders. Gave the video a friendly, overall positive feel. (And a bit lazy :P At least pick the top 10 you like most and randomize those ten only. For next time.)

some criticism:
These Jerseys are way too fat :X
And the music is annoying, cause it's too loud and your voice is more pipe down.
For next time, take an other way to pick the winners. I think it's sad anybody who send a picture can win, no matter of the quality of the picture.
