@zuul66 He means you can only get this level of the spell on PC. It's a leveled spell with 5 or 6 levels. The creators made another level that was way overpowered and didn't make it available in the game. You need the console commands to get the final level. I know that your post is old but I don't care =P

The magika cost decreases with each destruction lvl.Most people should be able to cast it at 100 destruction

You do not have to have PC for this... Xbox 360 constant effect glitch: 1. Obtain one enchanted ring (do not equip it). 2. Obtain two scrolls of the same kind. 3. Hilight the scrolls and tap A twice. 4. Drop the ring, which will be duplicated. 5. Pick up the ring and its duplicate. 6. Equip one of the two rings. 7. Repeat step 3. 8. Drop the unequipped ring. The ring's effect is now permanent, and will never go away. Ever.

jesus christ people. all of you saying that FoM is only for pc are full of crap. you can get it on any console, it just costs loads of magicka. pc users simply use a console command to get infinite amounts of it magicka so they CAN cast it repeatedly. please stop feeding everyone this crap. pc users gets spoiled and thats that. :)

@agentex50 Actually, to have this version of FoM you must have PC. There are multiple forms of the spell, and this is the most powerful. They did not use this version in the console.

@linkfan5011 On mac, you can use the god mode cheat, giving you unlimited magicka, and you can use any spell whatsoever. I've used it before on my mac, so I know it's true(:

@zuul66 no, there is a quest in the console versions, it tells you to get a bok called fingers of the mountain, you give it to someone, that person tells you to go to the location you found the bok. with you you should bring a varla stone and a shock spell. you use the shock spell on a magical rock nearby, the shock spell will return and fuse with the varla stone...sort of. after that is done you get a spell. the spell is called fingers of the mountain and is a shock spell.

It is in chorrol, you need to retrieve a book for someone and you decide to go againts the guild and you get a similar power.
