@jcrazy2154 I believe you need to press the "R" key to cast spells, I haven't played on the pc before but I believe that that is the standard 2nd weapon key.

the game will glich if you try to get out of the building with the tel fry amulet so people who dont have the tribunal and bloodmoon expansion(you cant get the ring to excape)take a divine intervention with you or a almsi intervension with you :D

It is in the tribunal expansion but there is a rumor that says you can use a vampire base teleport ring too by doing a vampire clan quest until you get the amulet. So there are other ways my ring came at the end of the tribunal quest after killing Almerexia.
