Some are based at Gamal Abdul El Nasser Air Base, south of Tobruk. In 2007, Dassault Aviation was awarded a contract to put 12 remaining airframes back into flying condition. Only four have been refitted.

@MrBillcale The reason Qaddafi don't want to let go of Libya is because he want to hold on the Oil fields. That's where his financial resources come from. He could care less for the people. The Nation's old field is what give him all the luxury he wants including buying more weapon to use it on his people so he could stay in power.But, he is dump.
