I wonder who they hired to build this shit up. definetly not the same people who made the previous games. Maybe they hired some Japanese people to make it. I dont know but it looks really stupid. I dont know if im even wasting my time on this one.

im disappointed too. i love lara croft. she is the reason i started playing video games. every since i seen my brother playing tomb raider 2 i was addicted to lara. i love her. and even though im a girl i think she is so cool and an amazing woman. wouldnt it be awesome to be like her? beautiful,smart, rich and travels the world. lol. she has it all. my favorite games are series 1 thru 5 of tomb raider. i hope the next tomb raider game is like the classics. i want the old lara back.

@emushtatov Have you read it's description on websites? It's not a shooter game. Though it may have shooting in it, just like the previous games, even the classics. It's actually more of a puzzle-based game. SquareEnix and Crystal Dynamics is making the "Guardian of Light" have more puzzles like the classics.

@uvehachebe So it would be played as a arcade game. (Not forgetting that the "Guardian of Light" is more than just a shooter game.) At least be more open-minded about this. If you can't, pray that "Tomb Raider" won't be a arcade game. Though, I highly doubt it.

@uvehachebe That is why it's called, "Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light" not "Tomb Raider and the Guardian of Light". SquareEnix is creating a separate franchise that happen to star Lara Croft. You might not agree with this, but SquareEnix is actually being creative, original, and imaginative by inventing this game rather than creating the same, old gameplay style that we're used to. Keep in mind, too, that this is a arcade game.

This is just using a name to sell a game. Really, they could have made this with tons of characters, but it seems Lara Croft still sells well...

even if its a small game.....tomb raider is becoming more and more like any other game on planet! =( im also very disappointed. the first games were really interesting. the graphics were bad but i had always fun playing them. cause there was much longer playtime and sometimes you were a little bit scared of what jumps out next out of the corner :D these are just some facts why i played the game

Looks really fun and i love how many weapons there are and all the upgrades. Its nice to have something different on the side. I dont get why people whine so much dont bloody play it and wait for TR9!

Its an Arcade game, obviously it wont shine up to the riches that Underworld has. Tbh? I like it, it looks fast paced, enjoyable and shows some intense play. I can't wait for it, I must admit I HATED Crystal Dynamics at first but they're slowly picking it up, I hated Anniversary and Legend yet Underworld was better. Cant wait give this a try.

I know this one isn't going to be part of the Tomb Raider series (good thing)... but really it looks bad. and in all honesty the people who will be so happy about it because it was such a good game when really it's like underworld. play TRI (not Anniversary) and TRII again. those are good games.

@ericcroft22 it's a spin off arcade game, only available on steam, Xbox live and the Playstation store, don't worry tomb raider 9 will be a normal tomb raider, they just made this spin off because TR9 is a year or so away
