@azkeyz That's how Valse en Skai was written to be played, and it is a beautiful piece that touches many people emotionally. Also, music doesn't give a damn what you look like, but I'm a musician and when you get carried away by a piece or song that you are playing it is difficult not to close your eyes and become utterly overwhelmed by the music. And opinions are great, but you, however, are simply degrading Dimitri Illarionov here, rather than politely listing his miniscule faults.

His use of diminished cords is a little offsetting, however it adds a nice dissonance. As long as your not a fan of flawless symmetry then they give the music a distinct flavor. One I personally enjoy.

So to say that those guys are better than Dimitri you're just wrong. As far as composing goes, I happen to like Andy McKee but his compositions are cute at best compared to classical composers and he does some nifty little techniques but they're no where near as demanding as what classical guitarists do....

Try Andrew York or Johannes Moller for classical composers if you don't like Roland Dyens (which you should because the man is absolutely brilliant). Look up Quiccan and Sunburst by Andrew York and A Star in the Sky, a Universe Within and Ananda by Johannes Moller.
