resevoir into the coffee mug and continues to do so until ALL the water is gone from the resevoir.....yeah, try getting Keurig to help you, all they want is your serial number and if its out of warranty, they WON'T help you. They WON't even sell you a K-cup holder. All it displays in the pretty blue window is cup size, tha't all. Love to see video of anyone else having this problem, thank you.
