Im sorry Im not a pilot of any sort nor an expert in aviation (just an enthusiastic that loves airplanes and flying) but I noticed the "cockpit call" in altitude called 120 then 100ft, What is the point of calling 120ft? just curious
At 7:50 the guy turns his back to the plane...doesn't single stop until after pilot did it on his own....hahaha. Paying attention on the job is just so difficult!
I was on one of these flights (LX86 I believe?) and when we landed, I asked to visit the cockpit but they didn't let me :( It was a great flight nonetheless! Awesome video, glad to see that you like my hometown.
What a nice landing , smooth! Im living about 30 mins of Montreal , it'S nice to see a cockpit video landing in YUL , Im proud to see this video but I don't know why , thank you for sharing :). I'll take my license soon to be a pilot , maybe later i'll be one in Air Canada ( I wish! )
Très beau vidéo! Bienvenue au Canada. J'adore aller « spotter » a CYUL , au début de la 24R ou il ya l'affice publicitaire, sur le boulvard a droite de la 24 R aussi et quelques autres places !! Félicitations

As always, great video! A couple of years ago, I flew from CYUL to KORD and saw Swiss depart CYUL for LSZH and then saw Swiss arrive at KORD from LSZH. Two international flights in two different counties on the same day, cool! Check out some of my Swiss wing-view videos under my YouTube Id.
Wonderful! You just landed in my country (I have double citizenship) :D I've landed in CYUL on an A330-300 as well... From Air Canada! I also landed with BA's Triple 7 and 18 years ago on a three month old Air France A340-300 in Mirabel! :D
beatifull video Dom,i remember when i flown to Canada, 4 years ago, beatifull town,i want to visit there again! and i want to go to Zurich! cheers Dom!
Well Dom, that was excellent, thank you! The lighting is fantastic on approach and I like the reflection of the aircraft in the terminal windows! Bravo and thanks once again!
You have no Idea how great this video is. Finally a cockpit video of Montreal and who better of Swiss!!! I'm an airline pilot and I would love to do this, unfortunately I can't get permission from my airline. Keep up the good work Dom!
@MrCars Thanks man! I always enjoyed Montreal, what a great City. And, worldwide, one of the best stripclubs i ever visited :)
If you personal message me, maybe i can help you out with th filming, because there is no danger and no harm, the cam is propperly mounted and cant move a millimiter.
@dnhug You're welcome, and thanks for coming to Canada! If you ever decide to live here, you'd like it...Democratic, free, multicultural, and with a population of less than 40 million :P. No need to share a lot of living space at all, and you can still find a place to live with a great view. If you want that, try the cottage country in Ontario or go to the Rocky Mountains :P.
Nice video man. Can you just explain something to me.... Its about flaring the aircraft. When you are 50ft above do you reduce thrust to idle and pull on the stick? I have always got problem with that on my flight sim. Thanks.
Once again Dom fantastic....why did i bunk off school so much as a teenager...oh what could have been?...then again i'd only end up getting fired for sexual harassment for abusement of power and trust when i was trying it on with the female flight attendents...cost the company thousands and thousands in compensation....or get stressed out and hit the bottle and get fired that way..anyway once again a fantastic video Dom ;)
@dnhug Ted Striker....yeah the grim reaper was standing behind him in one part of the movie when he was going to land the plane....im going to L.A. in September with some staff from work in dreaded economy with Air France...as they hit the strip joints im going to hit all the fast food joints...Jack in a box, Carls JR, Tacobell, Dennys, Wendys, KFC, In and Out, i will be doing a video review of the flight plus a video of our holiday....should be fun :)
Im pondering between the tirednesss, not being able to stay longer at the destination(as it used to be or how it still is at other airlines such as Lufthansa), or stereotypic/egoistic/arrogant and snotty passengers.Just some of them, as i said im still pondering, hahhaha
Great video, have seen most of your landing video, great job! BTW Montrealer see that "dickie moore location" place between the 40 and the 20?

@elyasf Read the description next time. "Noseview of the Swiss A330-300 Landing in Montreal."
JumpStartation 3 months ago
@JumpStartation The question wasn't related to the aircraft, but the callouts. "120" isn't a normal altitude callout, therefore.

@elyasf Sounds like another, "Why I shot web".
