  • Nice . . . I love knots & cordage so this was right up my alley!

  • The BSA teaches the tuaghtline hitch differently, but apparently there are 3 versions.

  • Nice demo...Dash Riprock

  • What kind of axe is that?

  • Nice , you should do a series of 3 or 4 knots per vid!

  • Any Boy Scout should know the last 3. Another great knot is the bowline.

  • Great knots...very useful !

    Thanks for showing.

    Take care.

    Greetings Tito

  • Taughtline is one of my favorite knots. I use it in my ridge-line.

  • Cool knots! I like.

  • Great video... knots are something I need to practice a lot more.

What would you use those knots for? Ridge lines or what?

  • A sheet bend is good to use if you're making your own hammock /watch?v=vLt7WrloFh4

  • nice, im a total beginner but it would be nice to know what you could use those knots for

  • Nice , I'll be practicing them.

I know you did I video in the past about the kydex sheath/cover on the axe but i cant recall which video it was. Could you tell me where it's from again?

  • @helmutdiggy grizzly kydex

  • 4th

  • I prefer the bowline for a loop, and the triple fisherman's for joining (I only have paracord to practice with, but I think it should work okay for differing-diameter ropes). And one of my new favorites is the Alpine butterfly, with that, you can get a loop in the middle of a line without access to the end, and it won't cinch closed on you when the line is under tension.

  • Thank's for the new knot!

  • First viewer!!! :)
