If you upgrade from 64 bit to 64 bit or 32 bit to 32 bit no, but if you go 32 bit to 64bit You will need to reload the system, so be sure to backup your files.
You should back them up either way before doing the upgrade to be safe
I have'nt used Virtual PC in a long time because at the time it only seemed to like windows guest OS's, now it seems better. Check to see if you have any anti-virus software running on your host machine, as it is likely scanning the virtual disk files everytime a change is made to the guest OS/virtual machine.
Another issue, you have a celeron and it probably does'nt have the umph to run two operating systems at the same time.
well a few weeks ago my uncle partitioned my hard drive properly. I put 7Beta (Build 7000) on it. fine, smooth, graphics. But though, I did get a Sapphire 2600XT. (512MB GDDR3 version). PCIe. though about my CPU. My board does support Core 2 Quads, so I could always upgrade (if I had the money, only a young teen). the board is a LGA775 socket. The board is a discontinued one. it is a: Foxconn P4M900-8237A. VIA Chipset. But running 7 RC now, beautifully fast and smooth, no crashes, :)
why when i update my drivers my internet slow down :( please reply or send message
