I was at this game and before it started my brother and I discussed what would happen if a field goal hit the camera, and sure enough it did. That was a bad game though since New England killed us like they did just about everyone that season.

Yes, it did. If the stupid sports coverage TV team didn't think it was such a cool thing to have the camera in a completely pointless place, it would have gone through. So, they counted the field goal.
