1) LHC will not produce micro black holes.

2) Even if it does these will either evaporate through Hawking evaporation or be travelling so fast that they will be oof the plant in an instant.

Why winter 2009?

In Winter the LHC will accelerate at light speed protons, evolving them in tops & colliding billions, to deconfine its quarks. If it makes a black hole it WONT evaporate, since Einstein NOT hawking is the truth in all things regarding mass and gravitation. In the fall, if this fails, they will deconfine quarks from the heaviest atom, lead, creating an ultracold superfluid vortex of strange mass, in the only process known to create novas and neutron stars. This is much easier to do. It WONT fail.
