i have been trying to out how to make softbodies that high of res for awhile now, but everytime i get them high enough res they just fall into flat planes, i have tried making the quads stiff and everything but still it crumbles
i think some game makers should use blender to make a 3d video game i mean no games have that real fluid when you fall into water it splashes and creates waves why don't they get off their fat asses and make some thing like that?!?!??! >:V
blender is shit, cinema 4d all the way

try not to subdivide as much

ok thanks
mrprofile101 2 years ago
There are two ways.
1. I get best results with w>subdivide multi and 2 subvidisions and after making it softbody using subsurf modifier.
2. Another way is to increase 'Be' a lot.
