Okay, I've done everything as follows... I'm attempting to port forward for my minecraft server and i type in the default minecraft ports (25565) and do TCP/UDP and i put in my IPv4 (which is 192.168.1.3) and i enter my IPv4 into the server.properties. then i go to ipchicken and get my ip. Though i have my ip and did everything correctly, no one can connect to my ip/server. I can join my server using the 192.168.1.3 (the IPV4) though. If someone could help me, that would be great. Thanks.
@TheRayzer55 you type the same port. but if you have multiple ports like 1356 and 1370 first port would be 1356 and end port would be 1370. go to attached devices to see the ip Ur supposed to put in.

I have a netgear router too, It is the WORST. My xbo NAT type is Strict and there's not way the make it open, ANd when its Strict barley anyone can connect me, This router belongs in the trash.

@Jakecornt31 That means somthing on your network is using that port. it may be skype? if it was skype turn that off and that port is open.

1. open run put cmd
2.put ipconfig
3. look at gate way
4. put that ip in inernet
5. put user is admin
6. put pass and pass is password
7. follow the rest of the video
