@slowtransit69 once you have it set on the "video" button (not picture) press the little icon in the left hand corner on the bottom. (the one that looks like a piece of paper with a list on it) now click on the top left button. (on default it says: "WVGA 60FPS" or something like that) now press on the "WQVGA 240FRP" (FPS stands for Frames Per Second and in Technical terms 240 Is not that bad, but the quality differs... Alot.) Hope this helped
