cute dog but does it need a lot of exercice ? Can I have one in an apartement ?

The cocker is a very lively and affectionate dog. A backyard is not an option and has for exercice I usually walk my dogs between 60 and 80 minutes every day come rain or come shine. Perhaps a Dachshund would be more appropriate.
