Isn't this fixed in Gagnaire's favour? The show already started off saying it's to help him. Sakai was a guest in France afterall and was not even pointed to Normandy. So-called friends may also not be the best resource for what is really good. G instead of course knew he should head to Normandy for the best seafood.
