  • the packages and cardige cover are so juicy looking even today! The Green Cardridge yeah !!! Man that's nostalgia! Activision, David Crane, Garry Kitchen, Pitfall and Atari FOR THE EPIC WIN! =)

  • Pitfall FTW!

  • Holy crap, we played this game in P.E. we had to swing over a blue mat and get to the other side without hitting certain objects. My whole team got across. I want to play that game again so much :3

  • Ahhhh, brings back so many fond memories from my childhood. :)

  • Loved this game, and Frogger.

  • Game is hardcore

  • Activision Pitfall and River Raid where definitely two of the best games for the Atari

  • game rockz

  • Well there where no endings for atari games that every early game was like that.

  • Look on here for someone who posted a video to the ending...he had 7 seconds left & collected the last treasure...the final piece of gold. The game just freezes there with clock stopped and the Activision logo just keeps scrolling with date in lower left-hand corner. Many 2600 games DID have endings, like E.T., Riddle of the Sphinx, & Raiders of the Lost Ark. E.T.=mothership comes back for him;Sphinx= present treasures to final temple/get awarded for time/ treasures;ROTLA=Dig up the lost Ark.

  • This is a decent game, was there an actual ending to this game? You had to cross X amount of screens I believe of something? I heard this game is an easter egg in the new updated Pitfall.

  • No way, it was an awesome game!

  • I hated this game. No saves and it's so easy to die, and have to start the level again.

  • Yeah I enjoy playing it on my TV still today. (i got a gamecube w/ GameBoy player w/ Activision Anthology pluged in.) if you have a ps2, You can get activision anthology, with well over 50 Atari 2600 games and homebrew 2600 games and un-released prototypes. its a must have for Atari lovers.

  • I have this on an old VHS tape, also Pitfall is a pritty good game.
