never really see any red under the views on dilla beats if you got a min to spare check my beats out a couple if youre really brave just tryin' to give a little thanks alot peace
@TrainOfThoughtMusic lol no prob bro, was listening to Ahmad for samples and I heard one I've heard before (not the first time this has happened with Dilla)
@DjSkyfaze i used to refer as this beats aesthetic as "hip hop" beats, like... pete rock was soulful, funkily drummed music, but all the early dilla productions to me were something new, as if hip hop had a sound of its very own... and yeaaaars later, ur comment remind me of that... such an underrated cat when it comes to the true reasons to his dopeness, and an overrated hipster phenomenon, DOPE producer. really.
@neopandorex2 maybe but im sure if he was alive and all the rest of his fans would agree that his music is hip hop. i really hope you are not accusing me of being a hipster who just started listening to him. i grew up on his music. im a native philly resident and he collaborated with the roots a lot. i also grew up on badu, tribe, pharcyde and common. i blast tribe and wu tang all the time. dilla helped shape my love for hip hop growing up. i may be young but i know hip hop better thanmostmyage
I can't even rap on this beat because i'm Speechless. This song brings back the memories of my childhood.
