  • Hi, I was wondering...you say that you are lazy...is it lazy or are you fatigue? I use to be so fatigue before then I started to take some vitamins, and it really help..maybe I can recommend some. You would have to check with your M.D first.

    And water is the key!!! It helps with everything. I think you should drink half your body weight in water. Good luck!!

  • haha ill see how it works out. Seems like I only have self control when it comes to food and health when I do it for Him or keeping Him in mind.

    Im going to start the Lords Table course on Monday. Phase 1 is 60days. Hopefully by then I will have my act together with Jesus help.

  • You can step while brushing your teeth, getting ready, while you are praying, etc. You can do this! Any time you are standing still... you can take that as an opportunity to get more steps in :-)

  • Ive seen videos of people doing that. Im going to start doing that so the steps can add up while doing everyday things. thanks hun

  • Girl you so crazy..get your butt to work so that you don't have no regrets on monday..and drink that water, you know it helps in weightloss, so just do it! God wants you to be healthy! Remember that!:)
