LolZ, ive used those Karl guns.....they are sad for thier 600mm size....it took me like 6 shots to put a hole all the way through a house...I figured it be 1-3 shots and the house would come down.....Then I once put them on this mission for me to use and it didnt kill much past 1 guy per salvo

This is a very difficult mission in single player, even on the 'easy' setting. You just get swarmed and your AT-cannons blown to bits by panzer tanks.

Just played this mission today in cooperative multiplayer mode and it was still difficult but awesome. I highly recommend this game despite its bad voice acting and difficulty.

you can capture any tank or at gun in this game, you may have to repair it as any part of a tank or vehicle can be damaged like the turret or tracks, engine and main gun, you can even aim for these parts to disable the vehicle!!!

I never play campaign in this game, i only keep messing with the editor, so i never got past the first level lol. The map editor of this game is wonderful, it's not very easy to get into, but once you get the hang of it, you pretty much create your own missions and share with the community XD

Sigh. When it comes to real-time tactics, the Close Combat series has always been king. Everything else has just been a poor man's attempt at introducing "tactical" gaming to the uninformed masses. I guess that's what happens when people pay attention to 3D game engines and forget about the brilliant underlying nature of the game engine.

Theres alot of strategic elements MoW have that dosn't exists in Close combat.

i finally beat this mission. i focused on holding the left flank only. hid a couple tanks there, with heavy inf. & machine g. in the trenches. kept bombing with planes and used 1 flak.

nice work attila! canada finally got this game. i'm working on this level too. haven't beat it yet. thanks for the tips. great use of the plane drops and bringing yer wounded back. held the line well with infantry alone.  lol when you start chucking cocktails at the fleeing tanks. i hold out for a flak to take out their damn planes first. this is a very hard battle. i love it.
