I forgot to mention that I've read the plot for At World's End at Ultimate DVD. It's a website for movies... anyway it said something about Jack being in Davey Jones' locker. And if a person is in Davey Jones' Locker, then doesn't that mean that person is dead?? This is just my own opnion on things going in the movie so don't get made at me.
Personally, I think he died. Because they are sailing to the ends of the earth and Barbossa "knows those waters". If I'm not mistaken, Barbossa died. But that's just my opnion.
