I like the new wii version of Goldeneye but I will NEVER forgive them for taking out the bathrooms from the Facility level in Multiplayer. That's inexcusable and I don't understand why they did it.
you had to earn the cheats for goldeneye, but then the developers released ones that you could actually type in using the controller. i'm glad they didn't release the cheats early because it gave the game replay value, not that it didn't already have it :) this game must have lasted close to 4-5 years for me, epic.
I would always use the DD44, I would never miss a shot. I don't remember what level it is but my favorite time of all while playing this, I was sitting in this glass room, and my friend was sitting in the one next to me, we sat there for like 15 minutes and did not notice each other, I turn and see him move slightly, I start firing the DD44 but miss every shot ans while I'm shooting glass is just busting all around me, so epic. ( Yes that was the only time I missed lol )

@NoMoreDudes For single player, they aren't very comparable because Halo goes more for the Half-Life story based SP, as opposed to GE's objective-based gameplay. They are doing two completely different things. As for Multiplayer, after playing Timesplitters and the Quake series before I played Halo, I realized that Halos Multiplayer was boring and unexciting. It's a slower, less interesting version of Quake with vehicles that takes half the skill.

It's about the same damn thing, because whether or not you're fast or regular speed, you all move at the exact same speed. You're argument holds no water. If anything moving faster takes more skill to master than the piss-slow default movement.
i used to play that game with my army buddies, used to sit around in the barracks, 4 guys huddled around a 13 inch tv playing mulitiplayer.. brings back some great memories.

Sniping was always my favorite on this game! I'd sit at the end of the hallways in Facility, in that little room, and snipe my friends when they'd come in and try to get me. I always put it on One Shot Kills mode. Loved it!

Well you pretty much have to rely on the auto aim in this game, and it doesn't help that each player is a tank in the game taking quie a few shots to put down.

damn, the last time i played this game was about 8 years ago when i was 9. I used to play this game ALL the time during the summer with my friends or when i got home from school. This game was the best for n64. This was my favorite game along with Wrestlemania 2000 and WWF No Mercy.

When i moved out of my parent's place about 5 years ago... My parent's gave away my nes, snes, n64 and sega.. Since then I had to buy replacements on ebay. I wish I still had my original games and consoles. Anyway, this video reminds me of my brother and I playing goldeneye. We played with a no oddjob rule because he was so short it was hard to see him..

It's all in the multiplayer. Sure, it seems dated by today's standards, but playing fragging away for hours with three of your friends made for endless hours of fun.
It's not like today where everything's online, back then you were playing with your friends in the same room.
In all honesty, I still prefer to play that way over online. It's more fun when you're all in the same room.
The kids online have no respect. If your friends got out of line, they'd be in slapping distance.

Sniping was always my favorite on this game! I'd sit at the end of the hallways in Facility, in that little room, and snipe my friends when they'd come in and try to get me. I always put it on One Shot Kills mode. Loved it!
