The song is actually a remake of a really old song by Betty Hatton called -- Blow The Fuse. It's very likely grandma didn't run out and download all the Bjork CD's but this could have been a favorite song when she was young -- cuz oldly -- the two are almost identical Nonetheless -- pretty cool.
